Over the years, they have consistently upheld a high standard, delivering great service, fresh produce, and phenomenal dishes. One of my personal favorites is the Tatar, complete with a slow-cooked egg yolk and pickled mushrooms. Though I did miss the presence of pickled cucumbers, the dish was nonetheless great. For our main courses, we opted for the duck and steak. We ordered the steak medium rare, and I must say that it was the best steak I've tested in Poland to date. It was succulent, melt-in-your-mouth, and absolutely delicious. In addition the sauce, , was a revelation, elevating the dish to new heights of flavor. The sauce was also a standout in the duck dish. While the duck wasn't as extraordinary as the steak, it was still a well-prepared, enjoyable dish. For dessert, we were treated to a delightful finale that paired excellently with a glass of Tokai dessert wine. This was a thoughtful suggestion from our highly professional and knowledgeable waiter. I sincerely hope Shuum continues to uphold this remarkable standard and deliver such great experiences. ”
